WOVEN TIN FORMS

In this project, thin sheets of tin were cut into uniform strips, woven together into a system of interlocking boxes. The study focuses on structural integrity, flexibility, and the transformation of a rigid material into a woven construction. The process involved hand forming, folding, and mechanical fastening to test how metal can mimic textile behavior.
